Here in my practice you will find that your needs are our top priority. In fact, our team is comprised of skilled, knowledgeable people who truly care about you, unlike other offices you may have experienced. My expertise encompasses all aspects of eye care, whether it is contact lens services, preventive examinations or disease management to post-surgical management and follow-up. I perform the entire eye examination with precision so you can be assured of complete and accurate results.
Did you know that major diseases such as diabetes, heart disease and high blood pressure can be detected in an eye exam? And most of these diseases have little to no symptoms that are felt by the patient. You’ll find that education is a big component of my practice because I truly believe "prevention is the best medicine."
I’ve noticed that contact lens complications are increasing at an alarming rate, leading to serious infections and in some cases, loss of vision. Many of these complications can be prevented by following simple guidelines. As a leader in our community and national lecturer/author on contact lens related subjects, I am intimately aware of today's eye health challenges and respond to these concerns with care, compassion and common sense. I stress the importance of keeping up with regular medical checkups, including eye exams, to catch any small problems before they become larger, more expensive problems.
