There are several keys to success when fitting contact lenses.
The doctor must be a very good listener. I listen to my patients,
but more importantly, I hear what they are saying. A doctor must be
familiar with ALL contact lens, including solutions used to care for the lenses.
There is a contact lens that will work for everyone, but unless we are familiar with
all lenses we may not find the best lens for each patient.

Treatment of eye disease

The world of medical treatment is changing all the time. New drugs are
being used for the treatment of all types of eye disease. Familiarity with
these new treatments is essential.
New and rare contact lens infections are cropping up that require new medicines.
This has even led to a global recall of certain contact lens solutions. Our office
maintains the most current knowledge on the newest medication used to treat all types
of eye infections, as well as, glaucoma.

on the importance of annual eye examinations by discussing the diseases that cause
blindness such as diabetes and glaucoma.
Most patients are unaware that many general health issues can affect the eye's health.
We have the testing capabilities to rule out serious eye disease and the medical capabilities
to treat these diseases as well.

Everyone wants to look great in their glasses. In fact eyeglasses are more popular
than ever thanks to the many designer choices. Our office makes every effort that
our patients project the look they want in their new glasses, whether it's professional,
playful, casual or fashion forward. Our office promotes only unique styles in
eyeglass frames. Many of these styles are exclusive to our office. Of course,
special "thin lens designs" and coatings keep the eyeglass lenses looking as good as the
eyeglass frames.
